规范用药:详解氟替美维吸入粉雾剂(Trelegy Ellipta)注意事项
Flutimavir inhalation powder (Trelegy Ellipta) is a triple compound preparation. Patients must understand and follow the relevant precautions before, during and after medication.
Precautions before taking flutimavir inhalation powder (Trelegy Ellipta)
1. Confirm contraindications
(1). It cannot be used to treat acute or critical asthma or COPD attacks.
(2) It is prohibited for patients with a history of severe allergy to any ingredients (including milk protein in excipients).
2. Assess your own health status
Be sure to inform your doctor of all your health status, especially:
(1) Cardiovascular problems: such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and arrhythmia.
(2) Other diseases: such as epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, liver disease, osteoporosis, low immunity, glaucoma, cataracts, prostatic hyperplasia or difficulty urinating.
(3) Infection status: whether there are any active infections, such as tuberculosis, fungi, bacteria, virus infections, etc.
(4) Pregnancy and breastfeeding: If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding, you should inform your doctor so that the pros and cons can be weighed.
3. Sort out your medication list
Inform your doctor of all the medications you are taking, including prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, and health care products.

Precautions during use of flutimavir inhalation powder mist (Trelegy Ellipta)
1. Use the inhalation device correctly
(1) Once a day, at a fixed time: only use it once a day, one inhalation each time. Medication should be taken at the same time every day.
(2). Learn correct techniques: Be sure to learn to use the Ellipta inhaler under the guidance of medical staff. Before inhaling, exhale the air in your lungs smoothly and completely (do not exhale into the mouthpiece), then place the mouthpiece between your lips, inhale deeply through your mouth, hold your breath for 3-4 seconds, and then exhale slowly.
(3) Do not stop taking the medicine at will: Even if you feel the symptoms are getting better, you cannot stop taking the medicine on your own and must follow the doctor's advice.
2. Identify and deal with common adverse reactions
(1) Oral candida infection (thrush): To prevent this, rinse your mouth with water immediately after each inhalation, but do not swallow.
(2) Risk of pneumonia (especially COPD patients): Pay close attention to signs of pneumonia, such as fever, chills, worsening cough, change in sputum color, difficulty breathing and chest pain.
(3) Bronchospasm: If dyspnea or wheezing worsens immediately after inhaling the drug, you should stop using this product immediately, use a quick-acting emergency inhaler, and seek medical treatment as soon as possible.
(4) Cardiovascular and nervous system effects: May cause palpitations, rapid heartbeat, chest pain, increased blood pressure, tremor or nervousness. If these symptoms occur, you should consult your doctor promptly.
(5) Elevated intraocular pressure and glaucoma: Pay attention to symptoms such as eye pain, blurred vision, and halos, which may indicate acute angle-closure glaucoma and require immediate medical attention.
(6) Difficulty urinating: If you experience pain during urination, thin urine stream or difficulty urinating, you should stop using this product and seek medical attention immediately.
Long-term management and post-medication follow-up of Flutimavir Inhalation Powder Aerosol (Trelegy Ellipta)
1. Regular review and monitoring
(1) Bone density examination: Long-term use of inhaled corticosteroids may increase the risk of bone density loss, and high-risk patients should regularly monitor bone density before and during medication.
(2) Eye examination: It is recommended that long-term users undergo regular eye examinations to monitor cataracts or glaucoma.
(3) Height monitoring (children): This product is not suitable for people under the age of 18, but for children using other ICS-containing drugs, their growth should be monitored regularly.
2. Special monitoring of systemic hormone conversion
When switching from oral corticosteroids to inhaled corticosteroids, the oral medication needs to be slowly tapered off under the guidance of a doctor. During this period, if you encounter infection, surgery and other stressful situations, adrenal cortical insufficiency may occur (shown as extreme fatigue, weakness, nausea, hypotension), and oral hormones need to be resumed immediately and medical treatment required.
3. Drug storage and disposal
(1) Correct storage: Store the inhaler in the original aluminum foil bag in a dry place at room temperature (20°C-25°C), away from light and moisture.
(2) Timely disposal: After taking out the inhaler from the aluminum foil bag, it should be used within 6 weeks, or discarded immediately when the dose counter shows "0", whichever comes first.
