Clinical trials explore the difference in efficacy between Seretide and Seretide for bronchial asthma. Methods: 140 adult patients with asthma were treated and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 70 cases in each group. Both groups were treated continuously for 6 weeks. Results: After treatment, the differences in FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC, and PEF between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05); the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.3.0%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 74.3%. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment effect of Seretide combined with Budenofalk is more significant than that of Budenofalk alone.
