莱博雷生(lemborexant)的副作用和不良反应

Side effects of Leborexant that require immediate medical attention

If any of the following side effects occur while taking Leborexant, please seek medical attention immediately:

1. More common side effects

Drowsiness or unusual sleepiness, unusual sleepiness, unresponsiveness, fatigue, weakness or slow movement, unusual fatigue or weakness.

2. Less common side effects

Temporary inability to move or speak when falling asleep or waking up.

3. Rare side effects

Behavior changes, depressed mood, feeling sad or empty, irritability, loss of appetite, loss of interest or pleasure, hallucinations (seeing, hearing, or feeling things that do not exist), suicidal thoughts, and difficulty concentrating.

The most commonly reported side effects include drowsiness, fatigue, headache, abnormal dreams and/or nightmares.

2. Specific adverse reactions

(1) Nervous system side effects of lemborexant

Very common (10% and above): drowsiness (up to 10.5%).

Common (1% to 10%): headache, sleep paralysis.

Frequency not reported: cataplexy-like symptoms, somnolence.

(2) Psychiatric side effects of lemborexant

Common (1% to 10%): abnormal dreams and nightmares.

Frequency not reported: complex sleep behavior, hypnagogic hallucinations, suicidal ideation, exacerbation of depression.

(3) Other side effects of lemborexant

Common (1% to 10%): Fatigue.
