爱泌罗(Elmiron)的副作用和不良反应

1. Less common side effects

Including black tarry stools, bleeding gums, blindness, and blood in urine or stools , abnormal blue-yellow vision, blurred/diminished vision or other visual changes, bruising, burning/dryness or itching of the eyes, burning sensation in the chest or stomach, chest pain or tightness, chills, cough, difficulty breathing or swallowing, eye discharge, or excessive tearing.

Dizziness, eye pain, fast heartbeat, heartburn, hives/itching or rash, indigestion, large flat blue-purple patches on the skin, loss of appetite, nosebleeds, pain or difficulty urinating, sore or burning sensation in the throat, pale skin, pinpoint red spots on the skin, swelling of the eyelids or around the eyes/face/lips/tongue.

Sores/ulcers or white spots on lips/tongue or inside mouth, stomach cramps/tenderness or discomfort, swollen glands, uncontrolled eye movements, unusual bleeding or bruising, unusual tiredness or weakness, vomiting, watery or bloody diarrhea, and weight loss.

2. Rare side effects

Including yellowing of the eyes or skin.

3. Other side effects

Some side effects usually do not require medical intervention, and these side effects may gradually disappear as the body adapts to the drug. In addition, medical professionals can offer ways to prevent or lessen some side effects.

1. Less common side effects

Irritability, itching of the vagina or genital area, loss of interest or pleasure, nausea, painful intercourse, gas, redness or other discoloration of the skin, runny or stuffy nose, severe sunburn, sneezing, upset stomach/indigestion or pain, thick white vaginal discharge that has no or slight odor, thinning or loss of hair, difficulty concentrating, sleep disturbance, and changes in voice.

2. Rare side effects

Including absent/missed or irregular menstruation, difficulty moving, joint pain, muscle pain or stiffness, and cessation of menstruation.

1. Overall Adverse Events

The most commonly reported side effects include hair loss, diarrhea, nausea, headache, rash, indigestion, abdominal pain, abnormal liver function and dizziness.

2. Dermatology

(1) Common (1% to 10%): hair loss, rash.

(2). Unreported frequency: ecchymosis, photosensitivity reaction, pruritus, urticaria, and hyperhidrosis.

3. Liver

(1), common (1% to 10%): abnormal liver function.

(2). Unreported frequency: elevated liver function test values.

4. Genitourinary system

(1) Common (1% to 10%): Frequent urination.

(2). Unreported frequency: vaginitis, pelvic pain.

5. Gastrointestinal tract

(1), common (1% to 10%): diarrhea, nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain.
