How to purchase genuine Imdelltra

Imdelltra has not yet been approved by the Chinese drug regulatory authorities, and there are currently no sales channels in domestic hospital pharmacies. Patients can purchase it through the following drug purchase channels.

Online formal platforms

Some online drug purchasing platforms can provide genuine product procurement services. Patients need to verify the qualifications of the platform and confirm that it has legal import licenses to avoid purchasing drugs from unknown sources. When purchasing, you must provide complete prescriptions and medical records, and pay attention to the cold chain transportation conditions of drugs.

Participate in clinical recruitment

For patients with financial difficulties or in urgent need of treatment, they can pay attention to clinical trial projects carried out in China. Some research institutions may recruit eligible lung cancer patients and provide talatumumab treatment free of charge. Patients can query recruitment information through the hospital oncology department or clinical trial information platform and submit medical records for screening. Participating in clinical trials requires strict compliance with the research protocol and regular follow-up.

Talatuzumab needs to be refrigerated at 2-8°C, and special cold chain equipment needs to be used during transportation. After receiving the drug, patients should check the integrity of the packaging and store it immediately according to storage requirements.

How to use Talatumumab (Imdelltra)

Talatatumumab must be used by professional medical personnel and strictly follow the dosage regimen and adverse reaction management process to reduce treatment risks.

Preparation before administration

Before treatment, blood routine, liver and kidney function, and infection risk need to be assessed. Patients need to receive dexamethasone pretreatment in advance and intravenous fluids before and after infusion. During the medication period, patients need to be hospitalized for 24 hours of monitoring and closely observe symptoms of cytokine release syndrome or neurotoxicity. Patients must be accompanied by their family members within 48 hours after the first dose.

Dose adjustment and management

The treatment adopts a gradually increasing dose method: 1mg is used on the first day of cycle 1, increased to 10mg on the 8th day, and maintained at 10mg every two weeks thereafter. If CRS or neurotoxicity occurs, the dose needs to be suspended or adjusted according to the severity. During treatment, blood pictures and liver function need to be reviewed regularly, and problems such as infection or blood cell depletion should be dealt with in a timely manner.

The drug must be reconstituted with sterile water for injection, which should be completed by intravenous infusion for 1 hour after dilution. Infusion equipment must use EVA, polyolefin or PVC catheters to avoid mixing with other drugs.

Daily care for lung cancer patients

Lung cancer patients need to strengthen daily care during treatment, improve their quality of life, and cooperate with medical monitoring.

Diet and nutritional support

It is recommended to choose high-protein, easy-to-digest foods, such as eggs, fish and soy products, and eat small and frequent meals to relieve nausea. Avoid spicy or high-fat meals and take vitamin supplements in moderation. If you have dysgeusia, you can try sweet and sour foods to stimulate your appetite. Patients with severe malnutrition can consult a nutritionist to develop a personalized plan.

Symptom monitoring and activity management

Family members should record the patient's body temperature, respiratory status and pain level every day. If they find persistent fever or difficulty breathing, they need to seek medical attention promptly. Patients can engage in light activities, such as walking or yoga, to avoid overexertion. People who are bedridden for a long time need to turn over regularly to prevent pressure sores and blood clots.

Patients need to regularly review chest CT, blood routine and liver function during treatment. If they experience discomfort such as worsening cough, sudden weight loss or persistent fatigue, they should return to the hospital for examination as soon as possible.
