Tarlatamab may cause the following side effects. Please consult your doctor immediately if the following side effects occur:

1. Low blood cell count

Fever, chills, fatigue, mouth ulcers, skin ulcers, easy bruising, abnormal bleeding, pale skin, cold hands and feet, dizziness or shortness of breath.

2. Signs of infection

Fever, chills, sore throat, body aches, unusual tiredness, loss of appetite, bruising or bleeding.

3. Symptoms of liver failure

Diarrhea, loss of appetite, stomach pain or swelling, leg swelling, easy bleeding, drowsiness, confusion, or jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes).
