Is the Indian version of Sotorasib effective?

There is no Indian version of the original drug and generic drug Sotorasib (Sotorasib) currently on the market. There are currently few treatment options for patients with KRAS G12C-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer whose cancer has progressed after systemic treatment with anticancer drugs, and for whom current treatments have limited effectiveness. While the main study didn't compare sotorasib to another cancer treatment, it showed the drug was effective in treating cancer, including in patients whose cancer had progressed after several different treatments. Sotorasiib is a targeted therapy that targets a specific genetic mutation and is therefore only suitable for patients with the KRAS G12C mutation.
