Before starting treatment, a patient's cancer should be tested to confirm that it has a genetic change that affects KRAS (KRAS G12C). The recommended dose of sotoraxib is 960 mg once daily. Continue treatment until the disease worsens or the side effects become too severe. If certain side effects occur, your doctor may decide to reduce the dose to 480 mg once daily, and then, if necessary, to 240 mg once daily. If side effects are too great at the lowest dose (240 mg), treatment should be discontinued.
