Adverse reactions of Ponatinib tablets

The most common adverse reactions with ponatinib (Ponatinib) are rash and related symptoms, arthralgia, abdominal pain, headache, constipation, dry skin, hypertension, fatigue, fluid retention and edema, pyrexia, nausea, pancreatitis/increased lipase, bleeding, anemia, abnormal liver function, and AOE. Post-marketing adverse reactions to ponatinib include thrombotic microangiopathy, hyperthyroidism, gastrointestinal perforation (fistula), dehydration, reversible posterior leukoencephalopathy syndrome (RPLS), severe skin reactions (such as erythema multiforme, Stevens-Johnson syndrome), impaired wound healing, arterial (including aorta) aneurysms, dissections, and ruptures.
