Can Panitumumab treat stomach cancer?

Panitumumab (Panitumumab) is not a standard treatment for gastric cancer. Panitumumab is indicated primarily for the treatment of KRAS mutation-negative metastatic colorectal cancer and other tumor types identified as overexpressing EGFR.
