Adverse reactions to vepotuzumab (POLIVY)

Vepotuzumab (POLIVY) affects the production of blood cells. The most common side effects of combining bendamustine and rituximab are anemia (low red blood cell count), thrombocytopenia (low platelet count), neutrophils Hypocytopenia (low white blood cell count with fever), peripheral neuropathy, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, alopecia, and mucositis. Serious side effects include febrile neutropenia (low white blood cell count with fever), fever, and pneumonia. Vepotolizumab should not be given to patients with serious infections. Females of reproductive potential should use effective contraception during treatment with vepotuzumab and for 3 months after the last dose.
