Pazopanib(Pazopanib) is a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to treat renal cell carcinoma and soft tissue sarcoma. Compared with other targeted drugs, pazopanib mainly inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-1, -2 and -3, platelet endothelial growth factor receptor-α and -β, and stem cell factor receptor c-kit. Pazopanib works by inhibiting tyrosine kinase activity on multiple targets, thereby inhibiting tumor growth and spread. Different targeted drugs may cause different side effects. For pazopanib, common side effects include high blood pressure, fatigue, dry mouth, diarrhea, etc.
