How often should ofatumumab be given?

Ofatumumab (Ofatumumab)Injection is a solution (liquid), used to treat chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL; a cancer of white blood cells), usually injected once a week. The length of treatment depends on your condition and your response to treatment. Ofatumumab injection is used to prevent relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS; a disease with abnormal neurological function). It comes in a prefilled pen and prefilled syringe and is injected subcutaneously (subcutaneously) into the patient's stomach, thigh, or upper arm. It is usually injected once a week for the first 3 doses and then once a month starting in the 4th week of treatment for as long as the doctor advises that the patient should receive treatment.
