How effective is Obinutuzumab?

Obinutuzumab is a drug used to treat certain types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (such as follicular lymphoma (FL)) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). It belongs to a class of drugs called CD20 antibodies, which kill cancer cells by binding to the CD20 protein on the surface of B cells. According to clinical trial data, otuzumab has shown good efficacy in the treatment of NHL and CLL. It has been shown to be more effective than traditional chemotherapy regimens in some patients, extending progression-free survival and overall survival. Otuzumab can also be used in combination with other drugs for better treatment results.
