Indications for intensive treatment with neratinib

Neratinib (Neratinib) is a targeted therapy drug mainly used for the treatment of breast cancer. Neratinib may be used as an adjuvant treatment option after surgery for early-stage HER2-positive breast cancer. Particularly for patients who have received other therapies, including trastuzumab, and who still have a high risk of relapse after standard treatment, neratinib may be used to further reduce the risk of relapse. Neratinib can be used as a first-line or follow-up treatment option for patients whose HER2-positive breast cancer has spread to other sites. It can be used in combination with other chemotherapy drugs or endocrine therapy (capecitabine) to enhance treatment effects and extend survival.
