How long should you take Neratinib after targeted injection?

NeratinibNeratinib is indicated as a single agent for the long-term adjuvant treatment of adult patients with early-stage human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer who are receiving adjuvant trastuzumab-based therapy. For early-stage Her-2-positive breast cancer, give it once a day for one year, unless your breast cancer comes back. If you develop neratinib toxicity while taking (such as severe diarrhea or liver toxicity), your dose may be temporarily stopped until you recover and then restarted at a lower dose, or neratinib may be stopped completely if the toxicity is too severe.
