Is Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki for injection a good drug?

Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki (Fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki) is a new type of injectable anti-cancer drug. It is marketed in China under the trade name Youhede. Trastuzumab is indicated in the treatment of adults with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or cannot be removed with surgery, in adults who have previously received anti-HER2 breast cancer treatment for metastatic disease, or in patients whose breast cancer has come back within 6 months of completing treatment for early-stage breast cancer. Trastuzumab is also used in adults to treat certain HER2-positive gastric or esophageal cancers, and in adults with HER2 (ERBB2)-mutated non-small cell lung cancer.
