Bosutinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor mainly used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia (CML, Chronic Myeloid Leukemia). CML is a bone marrow disease caused by abnormal white blood cell proliferation, often accompanied by chromosomal abnormalities. Bosutinib helps control the disease by inhibiting the activity of specific tyrosine kinases, blocking the growth and proliferation of abnormal white blood cells. The drug is usually used as part of targeted therapy, targeting specific molecular targets to reduce the impact on normal cells and improve the therapeutic effect. Before starting bosutinib, patients receive a detailed evaluation and their doctors develop a treatment plan on an individual basis and monitor their response regularly.
