Can Lorlatinib be taken together with cefradine?

Lorlatinib (Lorlatinib) is a targeted drug used to treat ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), while cefradine is a cephalosporin antibiotic. Based on the current literature and knowledge of drug interactions, no serious drug interactions have been identified between lorlatinib and cefradine. Lorlatinib is a kinase inhibitor with in vitro activity against ALK and ROS1, as well as TYK1, FER, FPS, TRKA, TRKB, TRKC, FAK, FAK2 and ACK. Lorlatinib showed in vitro activity against multiple mutated forms of the ALK enzyme, including some detected in tumors upon disease progression with crizotinib and other ALK inhibitors.
