How many bottles of Bortezomib are needed in one course of treatment?

Bortezomib (Bortezomib) is used for the treatment of patients with multiple myeloma. The recommended dose is a single injection1.3 mg/m2, injected twice a week for 2 consecutive weeks (i.e., injections on days 1, 4, 8, and 11) followed by 10 days of discontinuation (i.e., from day 12 to day 21). A course of treatment lasts for 3 weeks, with at least 72 hours between administrations.
