Sarilumab effects and adverse reactions

Sarilumab belongs to a class of drugs called biologics and is a treatment for adults with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Before starting salirumab, the patient must have tried another drug to treatRA but failed. Salirumab blocks a substance called IL-6, which is known to cause inflammation. People with rheumatoid arthritis often have too much IL-6, which is often called Kevzara.

Salirumab injections may reduce your ability to fight infection and increase your risk of serious infections, including serious fungal, bacterial, or viral infections that spread throughout your body. These infections may require treatment in a hospital and may lead to death. Tell your doctor if you frequently get any type of infection or think you may have any type of infection now. This includes minor infections (such as open wounds or sores), recurring infections (such as cold sores), and chronic infections that don't go away.

The patent drug Thalilutumab is a new type of drug for treating diseases. It is not yet on the market in China, and therefore it is not covered by medical insurance. The common dosage form of Salirutumab's original drug is injection, which has been marketed overseas. The price of the European version of the specification200mg*2 per box is around 17,500 (the price may fluctuate due to the exchange rate). There are currently no generic Salirutumab produced in other countries.
