Patients should avoid combined use of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and H2 sotoracib receptor antagonists. If treatment with acid-reducing agents cannot be avoided, it is recommended to take sotoracib 4 hours before or 10 hours after the use of topical antacids. If a patient misses a dose of sotoraxib by more than 6 hours, it is recommended to skip the dose and take the next dose as prescribed the next day. Do not take 2 doses at the same time.
