Tiotropium bromide and olodaterol inhalation spray is an oral inhalation spray used to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in May 2015 as a long-term once-daily maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (including chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema), but is not suitable for the treatment of asthma or acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Tiotropium bromide and olodaterol inhalation spray are administered using a propellant-free platform inhaler (called a Respimat), a common oral inhaler used for all respiratory treatments. COPD is a group of chronic lung diseases, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema, that are caused by obstruction of airflow to the lungs. Common symptoms of COPD include difficulty breathing, excessive phlegm, and a chronic cough. The main causes of this disease are smoking, air pollution, dust and chemicals.
