The most common adverse reactions identified in the Heads of Prescribing Information were from a pooled safety population of 543 patients with chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML) or Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ALL) who received Ponatinib at a starting dose of 45 mg orally once daily.
