How long does it take to become resistant to Pralsetinib?
Pralsetinib (Pralsetinib) is a targeted cancer drug used to treat tumors with RET gene mutations. There are currently no clear data on how long platinib will lead to the development of resistance, which depends on many factors, including tumor type, individual patient differences, and genetic variations in tumor cells.

Some patients may be very sensitive to platinib and remain so for a long time without developing resistance. Other patients may develop resistance over a shorter period of time. In vitro, platinib is mainly metabolized by CYP3A4, followed by CYP2D6 and CYP1A2. After a single oral dose of 310 mg of radiolabeled pratinib in healthy subjects, 5% or less of the metabolites of pratinib produced by oxidation and glucuronidation was detected. After a single dose of platinib 60mg-600mg, the median time to peak (Tmax) is 2-4 hours. If a patient experiences adverse reactions after using platinib, please inform the doctor in time.
It is understood that the original drug Platinib has been launched in China, but it has not yet entered the scope of medical insurance. The price of each box of 100mg*120 tablets may be around 60,000 yuan, which is expensive. The price of the European version of 100mg*60 capsules sold overseas may be around 40,000 yuan per box, and the price of the American version may be around 150,000 yuan per box (prices may fluctuate due to exchange rates). The ingredients of domestic and foreign original drugs are basically the same. There is currently no generic version of Platinib available on the market. Please consult your medical consultant for specific prices and drug details.
