Efficacy of Pazopanib

Pazopanib is used to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) and also to treat soft tissue sarcoma (a type of tumor that can develop in or around muscles, tendons, joints, organs, or blood vessels). Pazopanib is usually used after other treatments have failed.
