What are the adverse reactions of Tisotumab vedotin-tftv?
Vedotin-Tisotumab vedotin-tftv is a tissue factor-directed antibody-drug conjugate indicated for the treatment of adult patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer who have experienced disease progression during or after chemotherapy.
In clinical studies of Vitin-tisotuzumab, the most common (≥25%) adverse reactions (including laboratory abnormalities) include decreased hemoglobin, fatigue, lymphopenia, nausea, peripheral neuropathy, alopecia, epistaxis, conjunctival adverse reactions, bleeding, leukopenia, and increased creatinine , dry eye, increased prothrombin international normalized ratio, prolonged activated partial thromboplastin time, diarrhea and rash; the most common (≥3%) serious adverse reactions are intestinal obstruction, bleeding, pneumonia, peripheral neuropathy, sepsis, constipation and pyrexia; fatal adverse reactions include septic shock, pneumonia, sudden death and multisystem organ failure.
Adverse reactions leading to dose reduction occurred in 23% of patients, and the most common (≥3%) adverse reactions were conjunctival adverse reactions and corneal adverse reactions; 47% of patients experienced adverse reactions leading to dose interruption, including peripheral neuropathy, conjunctival adverse reactions, and bleeding; 13% of patients experienced adverse reactions leading to permanent discontinuation, including peripheral neuropathy and corneal adverse reactions.
Vitin-TisotumabThe original drug has not yet been marketed in China, so it cannot be included in medical insurance. The original drugs marketed overseas are very expensive.
