Resistance management of Talazoparib

Talazoparib (Talazoparib) is a PARP inhibitor that can be used to treat some breast cancer patients with BRCA mutations. However, over time, some patients may develop resistance to lazopanib. The original drug of talazopanib has not yet been marketed in China, so it has not been included in medical insurance.
