Generally speaking, Regolic is usually used as a long-term treatment for prostate cancer and needs to be taken continuously for a period of time. In clinical trials, repagliflozin is typically used to treat advanced prostate cancer and is used throughout treatment. After administration of a single dose (60 mg to 360 mg, 0.17 to 1 times the recommended loading dose) extrapolated from zero time to infinity AUC (AUC 0-INF) and maximum observed plasma concentration (Cmax) increase approximately proportionally to the dose. After once-daily administration of multiple doses of repagolic at doses ranging from 20 mg to 180 mg (0.17-1.5 times the recommended once-daily dose), the AUCtau of repagolic increased approximately proportionally to the dose, and the increase in Cmax was greater than the dose-proportional increase. After the patient took a single loading dose of 360 mg, the average AUC0-24 and Cmax of Repagliflox were 985 ng.hr/mL and 215 ng/mL respectively. After patients took a once-daily dose of 120 mg, the average AUC0-24 and Cmax at steady state were 407 ng.hr/mL and 70 ng/mL, respectively. After once-daily dosing, the accumulation of Repagliflozin is approximately 2-fold.

The original drug of Regogliflox has not yet been launched in the country, so it is not covered by medical insurance. There are European and Japanese versions of the original drug Rleglik available overseas. The ingredients of the two are basically the same. The price of the European version of 120mg*30 tablets per box may be around RMB 4,000, and the price of the Japanese version of 40mg*100 tablets per box may be around RMB 4,000 (the price may fluctuate due to exchange rates). Currently, there are no generic versions of Repagliflox produced and put on the market.
