患者在开始使用治疗前，医生会根据肿瘤标本中ALK阳性的存在，选择使用布加替尼/布格替尼（Brigatinib）治疗转移性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的患者。布格替尼的推荐剂量为，前7天每天口服一次90mg，然后增加剂量至每日一次180mg，直到疾病恶化或出现不可接受的毒性。 Brigatinib can be taken with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
