Domestic price of Brigatinib/Brigatinib
Brigatinib/Brigatinib is a cancer drug used to treat adults with a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is used in patients who have not previously been treated with ALK inhibitors or who have been previously treated with the ALK inhibitor crizotinib. Brigatinib is used only if the non-small cell lung cancer is "ALK positive," meaning something has changed in the cancer cells that affects the gene that produces the ALK (anaplastic lymphoma kinase) protein.

Brigatinib contains the active ingredientbrigatinib. ALK belongs to a family of enzymes called receptor tyrosine kinases, which are involved in cell growth and the development of new blood vessels that supply the cells. In patients with ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer, an abnormal form of ALK is produced that stimulates the cancer cells to divide and grow in an uncontrolled manner. The active ingredient in brigatinib works by blocking the activity of ALK, thereby reducing the growth and spread of cancer. The most common serious side effects of brigatinib are pneumonitis (inflammation of the lungs), pneumonia (infection of the lungs), difficulty breathing, and fever.
This original drug is marketed in China under the name brigatinib, and has entered the scope of Class B medical insurance. Specifications The price of 30mg*14 tablets*2 tablets per box may be around 8,000 yuan, which is relatively expensive. Currently, there are relatively cheap generic brigatinib drugs on the market overseas. Their drug ingredients are basically the same as those of the original drugs sold domestically and abroad. For example, the price of a box of 90mg*30 tablets produced by a Bangladesh pharmaceutical factory is around 2,000 yuan (the price may fluctuate due to exchange rates).
