The difference between trametinib and pemetrexed

Common side effects of trametrex include rash, diarrhea, fatigue, peripheral edema (especially ankles and feet), nausea, and acneiform dermatitis (acne-like inflammation of the skin); while common side effects of pemetrexed include fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, anemia, anorexia, etc.

4. Precautions: Before using these drugs, a detailed medical history and drug allergies should be provided to the doctor. Special caution or dosage adjustment may be required in certain patient groups (e.g., pregnant women, lactating women, patients with severe hepatic impairment, or renal impairment). Female patients of childbearing potential should use effective contraception during treatment with trametinib and for 4 months after the last dose.
