If the patient is female, the patient will need to take a pregnancy test before starting treatment and use birth control to prevent pregnancy during treatment and for at least 5 weeks after the last dose. If the patient is male, the patient and his partner should use contraception during entrectinib treatment and for 3 months after the last dose. Tell your doctor if you are breast-feeding.
