This drug may cause a serious reaction called tumor lysis syndrome. Your doctor may prescribe some medications to help prevent this. If you develop decreased or changed urine output, joint pain, stiffness, or swelling, lower back, side, or stomach pain, rapid weight gain, swelling of your feet or lower legs, unusual tiredness, or weakness, contact your doctor immediately.
