Adagrasib (Adagrasib) is a highly selective and potent oral small molecule inhibitor of KRAS G12C optimized to maintain on-target inhibition, a property that may be important in the treatment of KRAS G12C mutant cancers because the KRAS G12C protein regenerates every 24-48 hours.
