What are the reactions after taking ibrutinib/ibrutinib?

Ibrutinib/Ibrutinib is a targeted cancer drug. Also known as Imbruvica, it can be used to treat diseases such as mantle cell lymphoma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, etc. Ibrutinib is a cancer growth blocker called a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). A multicenter retrospective analysis of 616 patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) treated with ibrutinib confirmed that intolerance, rather than progressive disease, was the most common reason for discontinuation of treatment in patients with atrial fibrillation, and bleeding was the most common reason for discontinuation of treatment. Atrial fibrillation, characterized by an irregular and often rapid heart rate, is the most common arrhythmia associated with ibrutinib.
