How to use venetoclax (venetoclax) and how to take it correctly
Venetoclax (venetoclax) is a drug that treats a specific type of leukemia, and it's important to take it correctly.
For patients with acute myeloid leukemia, the starting dose is usually 100mg per day, increasing to 200 on day 2 n>mg, on day 3 400mg, then maintain a dose of 400mg per day. If used in combination with azacitidine or decitabine, maintain a daily dose of 400 mg starting on day 4; If used concomitantly with low-dose cytarabine, increase the daily dose to 600 mg starting on day 4.

Venetoclax should be taken by mouth once daily, preferably within 30 minutes after a meal and at approximately the same time each day.

If you miss a dose and it is discovered within 8 hours of your regular dosing time, take the missed dose as soon as possible and then resume your regular daily dosing time. If the missed dose exceeds 8hour, there is no need to take a supplementary dose, just continue taking the medicine regularly the next day. Patients should continue taking venetoclax until disease progression is observed or unacceptable toxicity occurs.
