Instructions for taking palbociclib/palbociclib

Taking with food: Palbociclib should be taken with food, which helps the drug to be absorbed and effective.

Combined medication: During treatment, palbociclib is often used in combination with letrozole. The dose of letrozole is once daily2.5 mg and is taken continuously during the entire 28-day cycle.

Treatment of missed doses or vomiting: If vomiting occurs or a dose is missed, it is not recommended to take a missed dose on the same day. Please follow the original plan and continue taking the medicine at the next normal time.

Capsule Integrity: Make sure the capsule is intact when taking it. Do not chew, crush or open capsules. Do not use if capsule is ruptured or otherwise incomplete.
