Neratinib/Neratinib is an oral targeted anti-cancer drug used to treat HER2-positive breast cancer. HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2) is a protein that is overexpressed in certain breast cancer cells. Neratinib achieves the effect of treating breast cancer by inhibiting the activation of the HER2 signaling pathway and blocking the growth and spread of tumor cells.

Neratinib is a kinase inhibitor that irreversibly bindsHER2, HER4 and epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFRs). Specifically, Shanghai Chuangnuo Pharmaceutical's neratinib maleate tablets have been approved by the State Food and Drug Administration for intensive adjuvant treatment of adult patients with HER2-positive early breast cancer. The launch of this generic drug is expected to provide patients with more medication options and reduce treatment costs. The original drug currently on the market in China has the specifications of 40mg*180 tablets. The price per box may be around 7,000 RMB, while the price per box of domestic generic drugs may be more than 6,000 RMB. The prices are quite different.
