Common semaglutide tablets side effects may include: hypoglycemia (in patients with type 2 diabetes); stomach upset, heartburn, burping, gas, and bloating; nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite; diarrhea, constipation; runny nose or sore throat; stomach flu symptoms; or headache, dizziness, or fatigue. This is not a complete list of side effects, and other side effects may occur.
