Indications

Indicated for the treatment of adults with active psoriatic arthritis. Indicated for the treatment of adult patients with oral ulcers associated with Behcet's disease. Treats plaque psoriasis of any severity.

Mechanism of action

The pharmacological effect of Apremilast is mainly reflected in its ability to inhibit the activity of phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4). Through this mechanism, the drug can reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby reducing the inflammatory response. During this process, symptoms caused by inflammation such as redness, swelling, and pain are effectively relieved. At the same time, Apremilast can also regulate the balance of neurotransmitters and cell signaling pathways, further reducing pain transmission and achieving significant analgesic effects. It can suppress overactive immune responses, help stabilize the condition and improve uncomfortable symptoms. Medication method

Take 10 mg in the morning on day 1, and take it in the morning and evening on day 210mg, take 10mg in the morning on the 3 day, and 20m in the evening g, take 20mg in the morning and evening on day 4, day 5 Take 20mg in the morning, 30mg in the evening, and then 30mg twice a day.

side effects
