In this case, the recommended dose is oral administration twice daily, but each dose should be calculated based on the patient's body surface area (m2), that is, 100 mg/m2 per dose. Such dosage adjustments ensure a balance between the drug's concentration in the patient's body and its therapeutic effect.

In addition, the way of taking larotrectinib also needs to be paid attention to. Capsules should be swallowed whole and should not be chewed or crushed to ensure slow release and sustained action of the drug in the body. Oral liquids need to be taken with the help of an oral syringe and need to be stored in the refrigerator (2°C to 8°C). After first opening, the oral solution should be used within 90 days or discarded.
