What diseases are trametinib and dabrafenib used to treat?

Trametinib (Trametinib) and dabrafenib (Dabrafenib) are targeted therapeutic drugs, mainly used to treat a variety of cancers caused by BRAF gene mutations, especially melanoma and non-small cell lung cancer.
