2.For patients with T315I mutation:

For patients with the T315I mutation, the recommended dose of aceminib is 200 mg twice daily. The T315I mutation is one of the more challenging mutations and is resistant to other TKI drugs, so higher doses of aceminib are needed to inhibit this mutated BCR-ABL enzyme.

Precautions for Medication

1.Take with food
