B-ultrasound manifestations of soft tissue sarcoma
Soft tissue sarcoma is a malignant tumor originating from mesenchymal tissue. It can occur in various soft tissue parts of the body, including fat, muscle, fibrous tissue, blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. Due to its widespread occurrence and inconspicuous early symptoms, the diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma often relies on a variety of imaging and pathological examinations. Among them, Bultrasound, as a non-invasive and convenient examination method, plays an important role in the diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma.
OnBultrasound images, soft tissue sarcoma usually appears as a mass with unclear boundaries and irregular shape. The internal echogenicity of these masses is often heterogeneous and may appear hypoechoic, hyperechoic, or mixed echogenic. In addition, soft tissue sarcomas often show abundant blood flow under B ultrasound. This is due to the rapid proliferation of tumor cells and the need for more nutrients and oxygen support, thereby stimulating angiogenesis. This rich blood flow usually appears as an enhanced color blood flow signal on BB ultrasound images.

It is worth noting that although Bultrasound can provide important clues for the diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma, its results cannot be used as the only basis for diagnosis. Because Bultraimages are highly subjective and are not ideal for displaying finer structures, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive evaluation in conjunction with other imaging examinations (such as CT, MRI) and histopathological examinations.
UnderBsuper guidance, doctors can also perform mass puncture biopsy to obtain tumor tissue samples for pathological analysis. This method is of great significance for clarifying the nature and staging of tumors and formulating treatment plans.
In general, Bultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma. It can help doctors initially understand the nature, location and relationship between the mass and the surrounding tissue. However, in order to obtain more accurate diagnostic results, a comprehensive evaluation combined with other examination methods is needed. For patients with suspected soft tissue sarcoma, it is crucial to seek immediate medical attention and undergo further examination and evaluation by a professional physician.
