Instructions for use and administration of brigatinib

Generally, the recommended dose for adults is 90 mg orally per day for the first 7 days, increasing to 180 mg per day if well tolerated. During treatment, patients should undergo regular physical examinations and blood tests to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the drug. Doctors may order lung function tests and an electrocardiogram. Brigatinib may cause some side effects, such as coughing and difficulty breathing.
