Fostamatinib’s functions and indications

Fostamatinib (Fostamatinib) is an oral drug mainly used to treat chronic immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). ITP is an autoimmune disease in which the patient's immune system mistakenly attacks and destroys the patient's own platelets, resulting in a reduced number of platelets and an increased risk of bleeding. Fotantinib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, can help improve platelet production and survival by modulating immune responses.
