恩瑞格治疗期间要注意什么事项?
It can be used for patients with iron accumulation due to long-term blood transfusion (such as thalassemia or other rare anemias). It is suitable for children over two years old and adults.
What should I pay attention to during treatment with Enrig?
1. Do not use this product if you are allergic or sensitive to any ingredient in Enrige.
2. Most of the reactions appear in the first month of treatment. Liver function should be checked regularly while taking Enrige. In some cases, patients who have had a fatal reaction while taking Enriga may develop kidney failure. Patients with renal failure or who are at significant risk for renal failure should have periodic kidney function tests while taking Enriga.
3. People at risk of renal failure include the elderly, those with kidney disease, and those taking drugs that affect kidney function.
4. Dose adjustment may be required, as Enriga is associated with potentially severe reductions in white blood cell and platelet counts, especially in people with pre-existing blood abnormalities.
5. Enrig can cause hearing loss and eye disease only in rare cases. A comprehensive hearing and eye examination should be performed before starting use of Enrig and, thereafter, yearly.
6. People taking Enriga have experienced gastrointestinal bleeding and ulcers, including some children and adolescents.
7. Using Enrige with blood thinners or other drugs that irritate the gastrointestinal tract, such as glucocorticoids and bisphosphonates, will increase the risk.
8. Using Enrige may cause skin rash. If the condition is severe, the medication may need to be stopped temporarily and then restarted at a lower dose.
In addition, when taking it, it should be in response to body weight. It is recommended to take 20 mg/kg of Enrig every day initially, depending on the improvement of serum ferritin indicators. Usage and dosage are based on the patient's personal condition, constitution, family genetic history, and drug ingredients. The drug is accurately selected to truly prescribe the right medicine for the disease. At the same time, the medicine is accurately administered in the appropriate method, appropriate dose, and appropriate time.
