In both in vitro and in vivo experiments, cells expressing membrane-permeable TNFα were lysed upon binding to TNFα. In a number of in vitro biological assays using human fibroblasts, endothelial cells, neutrophils, B lymphocytes, T lymphocytes and epithelial cells, Rexagon inhibited the functional activity of TNFα. Today let’s learn about what kind of medicine is Leike? What disease is treated?

1. Rheumatoid arthritis: Rheumatoid is a disease-controlling anti-rheumatic drug. For patients with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis, this product can be used in combination with methotrexate to: reduce symptoms and signs; improve physical function and prevent patient disability.

2. Crohn's disease: For patients with moderately to severely active Crohn's disease who have failed to respond to traditional treatments, Remicade can be used to: reduce symptoms and signs; achieve and maintain clinical efficacy; promote mucosal healing; improve quality of life; and enable patients to reduce the dosage of corticosteroids or stop using corticosteroids. Fistula Crohn's disease: In patients with fistulizing Crohn's disease, Remicade may be used to: reduce the number of entero-cutaneous and recto-vaginal fistulas and promote and maintain fistula healing; reduce symptoms and signs; and improve quality of life.

3. Ankylosing spondylitis: For patients with active ankylosing spondylitis, Reike can be used to: reduce symptoms and signs, including increasing range of motion; improve physical function; improve quality of life.

4. Psoriasis: For patients with psoriasis, Reike can be used for: adult patients with chronic severe plaque psoriasis who require systemic treatment and are ineffective, contraindicated or resistant to other systemic treatments such as cyclosporine, methotrexate or photochemotherapy. Remicade should only be used in patients who can be treated under close supervision and regular follow-up visits by a physician.

Leco is the first TNF-a inhibitor approved for marketing by the US FDA. It has specific affinity for soluble and transmembrane TNF-α, causing cell lysis through the classic complement activation pathway and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity to induce the pattern of immune response to deviate from Th1 type to Th2 type. It can eliminate activated T cells, reduce angiogenesis and inflammatory cell infiltration, and inhibit excessive proliferation of keratinocytes.
