Chinese instructions for Suimeikai (Doteta Abalamid Tablets)

[Common name] Domitabalamid tablets

【Product Name】TRIUMEQ

[Indications of Suimeikai]

Suimeike (dolute abalamide tablets) is suitable for the treatment of adults and adolescents over 12 years old (with a weight of at least 40kg) infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

HIV-infected patients, regardless of race, should be screened for the HLA-B*5701 allele before starting treatment with abacavir-containing products. If the patient is known to carry the RLA-B*5701 allele, he should not take products containing abacavir.

【Suimeikai Specifications】

Each tablet of Suimeikai (dolutegravir tablets) contains 50 mg of dolutegravir sodium (calculated as dolutegravir), 600 mg of abacavir sulfate (calculated as abacavir) and 300 mg of lamivudine.

【Usage and Dosage】

The ingredients of Suimeikai (dolutegravir tablets) are dolutegravir 50mg + abacavir 0.6g + lamivudine 0.3g. Three drugs are used for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. It is the only three-in-one compound drug containing dolutegravir. It is suitable for the treatment of adults and adolescents over 12 years old (with a weight of at least 40kg) infected with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

The dosage of Suimeike (dolute abalamib tablets) is relatively special, and the weight of adults and adolescents is at least 40kg. Trimax is a fixed-dose tablet and cannot be used in patients who require dose adjustment. If one of the active ingredients needs to be discontinued or its dose adjusted, a separate formulation of dolutegravir, abacavir or lamivudine can be used. If you need to change medications, please consult your doctor first.

For adults and adolescents, the recommended dose of Trimax is one tablet, once daily. Adults or adolescents whose body weight is less than 40 kg should not be given Trimax because Trimax is a fixed-dose tablet and the dose cannot be reduced.

If the patient misses a dose of Suimeikan (Domitabalamid Tablets) and there is more than 4 hours left before the next dose, he should take Suimeike as soon as possible. If the next dose is less than 4 hours away, patients should not take the missed dose and simply resume their usual dosing schedule.

【Adverse reactions】

There are limited clinical safety data for Suimeike (dolute abalamib tablets). The most commonly reported adverse reactions thought to be possibly or probably related to dolutegravir and abacavir/lamivudine (pooled data from 679 antiretroviral-naïve subjects who received this combination in phase IIb to IIIb clinical trials) were nausea (12%), insomnia (7%), dizziness (6%), and headache (6%).

【Taboo】

Trimax (dolutegravir tablets) is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to dolutegravir, abacavir, lamivudine or any excipients.

Dofetilide and pixicanide are not allowed to be used in combination with Dofetilide and Pixicanide.

【Notes】

Spread HIV.

Although effective viral suppression with antiretroviral therapy has been shown to significantly reduce the risk of sexual transmission, residual risks cannot be excluded. Precautions should be taken to prevent transmission in accordance with national guidance.

Hypersensitivity Reactions Both abacavir and dolutegravir carry the risk of triggering a hypersensitivity reaction (HSR) and share some common characteristics, such as fever and/or rash and other symptoms indicating involvement of multiple organs. It is clinically impossible to determine whether abacavir or dolutegravir is the cause of a hypersensitivity reaction that occurs with Trimeq (dolutegravir).

The above is the Chinese instruction manual of Suimeikai (Doteta Abalamid Tablets). I hope it can help you!
